Supertech to build township at Sector 2, Gurgaon

Noted developer Supertech Limited has recently announced the launch of its newest township project - Hill Town - at Gurgaon. The company plans to invest a whopping INR 1,000 cr in the development of this project which is located in Sector 2 on Gurgaon's Sohna Road.
An integrated township project spread across 140 acres on the foothills of the majestic Aravalli mountain range, Hill Town will feature 2 and 3BHK premium residences and spacious villas open on three sides, offering an area ranging from 1,200-1,600 sq ft and priced from INR 52,80,000 - onwards.
A highlight of this project is its detailed planning which includes adequate space for retail and commercial activities in addition to a school, hospital, community centre, a taxi stand, beauty parlour, 100 percent power backup, underground parking facilities, CCTV surveillance, high-speed elevators, ATM and a children's play area.
The project includes a massive 15,000 sq ft clubhouse which will also feature a mini theater, modern gymnasium, badminton court, tennis & squash courts, a special pavilion for yoga and meditation, coffee bar, a reading lounge-cum-library and a party hall.
On completion, Hill Town will boast of a range of additional outdoor facilities like golfing greens, swimming pool with separate pool for kids, rock climbing, jogging tracks, cricket pitch, a serene garden for senior citizens, organic farming and beautifully landscaped gardens.
Speaking at the launch, RK Arora, Chairman, Supertech Limited, "This is our third project at Millenium City, subsequent to the phenomenal response that we received for our earlier two projects. We expect the same response for this project as well".
"The volume of demand that we have observed in this market has encouraged us to launch - Hill Town - a new premium living project in the lap of nature. With this latest initiative, the total area under development by us in Haryana now stands at approximately 400 acres involving an investment of INR 4,000 cr."
Elaborating further, the company's managing director Mohit Arora said, "This project is an integrated township project which will be delivered in phases. The first phase of this project is expected to be delivered in about three years while we expect the entire project to be completed by 2020. We are investing approx INR 1,000 cr to develop this project."
Nestled in the foothills of the Aravallis, the project is located in close proximity to several prominent educational and medical institutions like the KR Mangalam University, GD Goenka School and Medanta Medicity. Gurgaon's commercial hubs (Sector 48 & 49) are a 20-minute drive from here while the IT hub of Cyber City Park is a 30 minute drive from the site.
