Fancy buying a luxe penthouse priced at INR 100 cr? Sounds unbelievable, well, believe it. In what could be termed as the ‘mother of all realty deals’, Raheja Developers is selling a single penthouse at its Revanta project at Gurgaon for this mind-blowing price.
Easily one of the ‘most expensive apartment ever in the annals of realty deals in India, this 10,000 sqft, top-floor super-deluxe apartment comes with its own swimming pool and a roof-top helipad, among many other top-of-the-line amenities.
The 100-crore penthouse occupies the top two floors of this project.

According to company sources, a detailed due diligence process is being carried out prior to initiating any buying discussions with interested clients.
Interestingly this super-premium residential project is being built by Arabtec, the leading UAE-based construction company with a slew of prestigious projects to its credit, including Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa - the tallest building in the world.
