Additional charges payable at the time of possession include: Club Membership charges (INR 2,00,000), legal fees (INR 40,000), Generator charges (INR 50,000), Reticulated Gas (INR 20,000), BESCOM & BWSSB charges (INR  200 psf),  Maintenance charges for one year at INR 3/sft/month (INR 36 psf) and a corpus fund/deposit of INR 3/sft (INR 36 psf).

Presently under construction, Mahindra Windchimes is scheduled for completion around December 2018.
