Lodha Palava City Second Phase Launched

One of the leading real estate firms of India, Lodha Group recently launched the 2nd Phase of its huge city project, named Palava City.

Consisting of four phases, this project is scheduled to be delivered by 2025. The entire project is going to be developed on 4,000 acres of land, out of which, the 2nd phase will be constructed on 800 Acres and will consist od 800 buildings. This project will also have commercial complexes, hotels, malls, Convenience stores, etc. This project also has a school named as Lodha World School which is already functional and has more than 350 alumni studying there. The 2nd phase is expected to be delivered by the end of 2016.

This mega city project is coming up near Shilphata Road, Dombivli in the district of Thane.

The Lodha Group is expected to earn around Rs. 15,000 crore from the second phase. The first phase comprised of 20,000 housing units which has already being delivered. By 2025, The Lodha Group will be delivering approximately about 1 lakh mid-income inexpensive residences.

In the 2nd phase, the flats will range between 594 Sq.ft to 1314 Sq.ft and will start from Rs. 36 lakh onwards.

This project also has state of the art amenities like club house, swimming pool, gymnasium, malls, theatre, school, convenience stores, etc. making this place a perfect place to dwell in.
