Godrej BKC - Bandra Kurla Complex

One of India's fastest growing realty developers, Godrej Properties in association with Jet Airways has announced the launch of a commercial project at the preferred business destination of Mumbai - Bandra Kurla Complex.

Aptly named as Godrej BKC, it is a 50:50 joint venture between the two companies. The construction of this project which is around 2.5 acres has already commenced and it should be in all likelihood delivered by 2015. The saleable area generated through this project would be close to 1.3 million Sq Ft.

Construction Contract: Engineering giants L&T have been appointed to execute the construction of this project.
