Brigade Group shines at CREDAI Awards

Bengaluru's leading real estate developer Brigade Group has bagged four awards, split across three zones - North Karnataka, South Karnataka and Bengaluru - at the second edition of the prestigious CREDAI Awards for Real Estate (CARE) held recently.

The group won in the following categories:
Best Dwelling below 1,500 sq ft (Residential): in South Karnataka - Brigade Sparkle, an affordable luxury project in Mysore.
Best Commercial Complex in Bengaluru: Brigade Rubix, a uniquely designed project offering office spaces from 100 sq ft onwards.
Best CSR work by a Developer: Brigade Group received this award for the redevelopment of the Kempegowda playground in Malleswaram and the Skywalk on Dr. Rajkumar Road.
Outstanding Contribution to the Real Estate Sector: MR Jaishankar, CMD, Brigade Group.
 
Commenting on the group' stellar performance at the awards ceremony, MR Jaishankar, CMD, Brigade Group said, "These awards are recognition of our efforts to deliver quality projects across real estate markets. We are very happy to receive these awards which also prove our customers' faith in our projects."

The company and its top executives have been very active on the domain awards circuit this year. Earlier its CFO Suresh Kris was recognized as one of the Top 100 CFOs in the country for 2015 by the CFO India magazine.

He was presented the Roll of Honour for his exceptional caliber and contribution to the world of finance by U.K. Sinha, chairman, SEBI at a ceremony, held earlier in Mumbai.

At the GLOBAL Real Estate Brand Awards - 2015, organised by the exhibition Asia group in Bengaluru recently, the group's COO - Projects, Manjunath Prasad was awarded the 'Most Enterprising Real Estate Professional of the Year'.

Headquartered in Bengaluru, the Brigade group which commenced operations in 1986, has emerged as one of India's leading developers with over 25 million sq ft of developed real estate spanning over 150 projects.

The group's portfolio comprises of several landmark projects across the residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and education domains.
