Real estate developer and infrastructure company, RPS Group, has announced the launch of its new residential project – Plateau Greens Residences - at RPS City, Sector 88, Faridabad that targets home buyers in the Delhi and NCR region.

In its bid to cater to all categories of buyers including those currently living in rental accommodation, the company has launched a unique initiative which allows buyers booking a flat in this project, to move into a rental-free accommodation at their completed Savana and Palms projects in RPS City, till the time they get possession of their unit at the under-construction Plateau Greens project.

Elaborating further on this unique scheme, the company's group CEO, Pradeep Seth said, "Having booked their flat, buyers often get over-burdened as they have to pay their home loan EMIs over and above their house rent. With our 'Book a Home to Move-In a Home' scheme, we are easing the financial burden of our customers by offering them a rental-free accommodation till they get the possession of their unit."


Plateau Greens Residences, a Vaastu-friendly and earthquake resistant project will offer a total of 140 low-rise 3BHK (1,600 sq ft) units with lifts, 24-hour 3-tier security equipped with modern surveillance systems, an exclusive kids area and a sports zone.

This gated community will further be secured with single entry/exit control, power back-up, beautifully landscaped  greens, clubhouse, gymnasium, daycare center, cafeteria, tastefully designed walkways, private terrace gardens (for top-floor units), car parking facilities for all units, private gardens (for ground floor units), laminated wooden flooring in Master bedrooms and large-sized balconies with every room.
